General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

For all orders via our online shop, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply. Our offer is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with AI Book Shop (Winfried Dulz).

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

  • Credit Card (Stripe): Your credit card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

4. Delivery and Availability

Since we exclusively sell digital content (e-books, PDFs), no physical delivery takes place. The content is provided for download via a link sent by email or in the user account immediately after confirmation of payment.

5. Usage Rights for Digital Content

Upon purchase of digital content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, unlimited in time and place, to use the content for private purposes. Commercial use or resale is strictly prohibited.

Any forwarding to third parties or publication on the Internet is not permitted without our express written consent.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. More information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the withdrawal policy.

Note on the expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content:
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical data carrier even if we have specifically begun with the execution of the contract after you have explicitly agreed that we begin with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that by agreeing you lose your right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

8. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are not obligated and unwilling to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
